2017 Benton County Big Sit date; September 24!

We are proud to announce the 2nd annual Benton County Big Sit, which will be held September 24, 2017. This year just as last year, the Big Sit will be held at Cabell Marsh hide at William L. Finley NWR, in Benton County, Oregon. We are very excited that we will be counting birds for 15 hours this year!

All of the money we raise will be evenly divided between each of the following organizations:

Friends of the Willamette Valley NWR complex
Friends of Malheur NWR
Corvallis Audubon
Cornell Lab of Ornithology

Last year was a huge success! We ended the day with 72 species and $2722 raised for bird conservation!

This year our goal is to raise over $3000 for bird conservation. Please help us to reach this goal by donating and sharing about the Big Sit with friends!
